Along with Lieutenant Zachary Brigham, they will present an overview on Coast Guard Force Design 2028 and investments planned by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act They will also detail the Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) Miami’s Area of Responsibility, the contracting vehicles they use to engage with industry, and the capital and maintenance projects planned for our Florida units in FY26/27.
