Updated JTED Meeting Agenda Flyer 1 April

JTED Attendees, Speakers, and Sponsors,

This email is to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, MacDill cannot present their original program content for MacDill Industry Day as planned, so there will be no event on Thursday, April 2^nd. Therefore, the schedule for 1 April has been extensively revised.

Rather than cancelling the industry day, Tampa Bay Post has coordinated with MacDill contracting office to present a session on Wednesday afternoon, April 1^st, as part of the JTED program. Their session will cover contract opportunities at MacDill followed by a reverse Q&A from the audience on challenges working with MacDill AFB and executing AEC projects.  

A revised agenda with speakers for the April 1 JTED program will follow shortly.  

The Golf Tournament scheduled for March 31 will proceed as planned and is sold out!  

Tampa Bay Post is focused on bringing quality programming and speakers to every event and this program was planned months ago. However, with so much uncertainty and constant changes in the world, there is always a chance government agencies and speakers have to adjust their program content or cancel.

We apologize for the change in the event, but we are confident that the JTED program and the MacDill session on Wednesday will provide information and opportunities important to our members.  And, there will still be plenty of networking opportunities to connect with our sponsors, speakers, and attendees throughout the day.

This year, SAME Tampa Bay Post will present three days of learning, networking, and fun, starting with our Golf Tournament Fundraiser on Tuesday, March 31 followed by a day and a half for the Joint Training & Education Day (JTED) and MacDill AFB Industry Day on Wednesday, April 1 - Thursday, April 2.

Joint Training & Education Day (JTED) program includes new contract opportunities at several government agencies CONUS and OCONUS, CMMC, aproaches to grow your small business, and SOCOM keynote address. Plus, several networking opportunities on both days to network with other SAME members, as well as attendees from government and industry from the Tampa Bay Area, across Florida and outside of Florida.
